At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on shipped products.

As a small-batch company, we are not equipped to process returned items or verify their condition once they have left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@myce.co within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

To help us assist you, please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue.

Shipping Policy: 

We ship orders within Canada.

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Mycé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit or marked as delivered.

If an issue occurs during shipping, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim. For any questions or assistance, you can also reach us at info@myce.co and we will do our best to support you.

After you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking information, orders within Canada typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
